28k dialup was never this slow. I'll be looking for temporary dialup.

No change with "ping" test. But web page timeouts were horrendous between 6pm and 10pm. Web response is better at this hour, so it might have been problems with peak time traffic.

Take my advice.... never overrun your FAP limit. During peak times, I can't browse the web at all. The 28k speed limit doesn't exist, since I can't even connect. The only times I can have been:

Saturday before 6pm or after 10pm
Sunday before noon or after 10:30pm.

On monday I'll be bumping upto the pro plan.
