The theory is that the SkyX gateways prefetch the entire page. The proxy would only provide commonly accessed data to the SkyX gateways. The FAP counter probably lies between the SkyX gateways and the proxy making it count everything on the page even if it is cached in the proxy.

They probably do not prefetch secure http which explains why it is so slow on WB.

I was looking at the proxy configuration and https does not go through the proxy either, as I should have expected since the proxy is useless for https stuff since no 2 customers will have the same content once it is encrypted.
