I got 2 odd increases on the upload side at 16:15 and at 17:30 both around 200MB, my router did not register any actual data going out, and typically uploads for me are 20-40MB/day, so the blip is fairly significant.
Anyone else see this sort of blip? My data is below: 05/09/2008 15:45:38 665 6456 05/09/2008 16:01:01 665 6456 05/09/2008 16:15:52 848 6443 05/09/2008 16:30:47 849 6444 05/09/2008 16:45:37 849 6450 05/09/2008 17:01:01 849 6450 05/09/2008 17:15:53 848 6439 05/09/2008 17:30:46 1034 6459 05/09/2008 17:45:43 1034 6459 05/09/2008 18:01:02 1034 6459 Roger |

That's unusual. Even when uploading a file, the download usage increases a little. My FAP meter is not showing fictional upload usage like yours.

On downloads I see around 1/10 upload traffic (ie 1MB upload for every 10MB of download) to service the download. I don't believe I have change my habits, almost everything I do is download, I don't do any significant uploads except to further the downloads. I still have to wonder how many programming classes the person implementing the FAP program failed, this is not complicated stuff. And I looked a bit further back, and there lots of weird upload spikes happening here is all spikes above 100MB from the last reading: 02/07/2008 08:17:41 462 before: 290 03/09/2008 04:17:41 723 before: 609 03/22/2008 00:18:15 572 before: 464 03/23/2008 00:17:41 589 before: 461 03/24/2008 01:17:41 594 before: 451 03/25/2008 00:17:41 607 before: 446 04/08/2008 00:16:18 497 before: 395 04/09/2008 00:16:22 504 before: 397 04/20/2008 00:16:21 557 before: 430 04/21/2008 00:16:20 557 before: 427 04/22/2008 00:33:30 557 before: 426 04/22/2008 03:31:34 610 before: 425 04/23/2008 00:16:20 742 before: 604 04/24/2008 00:16:18 743 before: 606 04/25/2008 00:16:19 743 before: 609 04/26/2008 00:16:19 743 before: 612 04/27/2008 00:31:38 743 before: 612 04/28/2008 00:16:17 743 before: 608 04/29/2008 00:16:18 743 before: 609 05/08/2008 00:30:46 765 before: 662 05/09/2008 16:15:52 848 before: 665 05/09/2008 17:30:46 1034 before: 848 Notice that a lot of the spikes are happening at the same time. I've seen 6 of these unexplained spikes over the last couple of weeks. First on the 26th - 27th of April:
